Job summary

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree or strong hands-on background, knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP, and proven Lean/Six Sigma experience to improve efficiency and ROI while mentoring a team of supervisors and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, and medical device standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, manufacturing analytics, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and ensure schedules met with efficiency.
• Lead regulatory compliance and quality documentation.
• Identify process improvements to increase ROI and reduce waste.
• Supervise production supervisors and operators; mentor team.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for reliability.
• Prepare production and compliance performance reports for senior management.
