Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Current Forklift & Reach license is an asset.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in production.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all production employees on the floor.
• Ensure production schedule adherence and completion.
• Conduct training and coaching for production staff.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
