The Production Lead oversees the Forming, Shotblast, and Shipping areas. Responsibilities include coordinating work, minimizing downtime, reviewing daily personnel needs, and recommending overtime and reduction in hours as necessary. The Lead collaborates closely with other Leads, Inside Sales, and Production Planning to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
