Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and workflow across departments, ensuring smooth transitions between printing, laminating, cutting, prepress, and packaging operations to meet production deadlines.
• Support efficient execution of jobs on the production floor by helping prioritize tasks and maintaining alignment between operational teams.
• Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure productivity, accountability, and operational consistency while supporting team performance and throughput goals.
• Ensure production teams have access to required job specifications, production files, materials, tools, and clear instructions needed for daily operations; communicate workflow challenges and resource constraints to management.
• Provide guidance and support to team members by sharing process expertise, operational best practices, and hands‑on assistance with production workflows and equipment processes when necessary.
• Promote compliance with workplace safety standards, quality expectations, and operational procedures by reinforcing best practices and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Perform hands‑on production responsibilities as needed and provide operational support to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Support implementation of organizational goals, operational standards, and workplace values through day‑to‑day activities.
• Ensure all production processes follow established operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including proper upkeep of production equipment and tools.
• Follow all workplace safety requirements and contribute to a culture of safe operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in large‑format production, commercial printing, manufacturing, or production operations with demonstrated ability to coordinate workflow, prioritize tasks, and support schedule adherence.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, production operations, paper finishing, laminating, cutting, and related manufacturing capabilities.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and production procedures.
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements if applicable to operational needs.
