Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations, coaching a team of up to 50 while ensuring safety, quality and GMP compliance. The role requires strong data entry and reporting skills in MS Excel, and effective leadership and communication across management levels.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Value Stream Supervisor to drive production goals, troubleshoot issues, and sustain high standards of performance in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory role with direct reports.
• 1+ year of training or coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and lead up to 50 employees.
• Coach and train staff to meet quotas.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Input data and generate reports in MS Excel daily.
• Collaborate with Production Value Stream Supervisor to meet goals.
