Trident Seafoods seeks a Production Lead to oversee the seafood processing line, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will coordinate with maintenance and other departments to maintain smooth production and safety compliance.
The role requires at least 2 years of production experience, HS diploma or GED, and ideally food manufacturing exposure. Expect a collaborative team setting in a fast-paced environment.

Summary:
The Production Lead position oversees and manages the daily operations of the seafood processing line, including coordinating and assigning tasks to the processing team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining productivity levels.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet, humid and cold conditions, and moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. May be required to distinguish shades of color to identify abnormalities and/or defects in food products.
Employees regularly bend or lean at waist level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or grasp packages and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel and crouch.
The employee lifts and carries objects up to 5 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally.
