Job Description:

The Production Lead/Dispatcher oversees the day-to-day operations for the assigned location. This position participates in recruiting new employees and assists in hiring decisions, trains staff, maintains location standards, provides excellent customer service and assists in maximizing location profitability. The Production Lead sets an example of customer service, focus and leadership through professionalism and quality communication.

• Schedule employees and monitor workflows to maximize location efficiency
• Responsible for inventory control and quality; monitor inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries
• Manufacture and/or oversee the production of all custom product requests to ensure quality and accuracy
• Directs trucks for loading and unloading
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer questions as needed and escalating customer complaints to the appropriate person

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous agricultural experience required
• 4 or more years of related job experience desired
• CDL preferred
• Driving record acceptable for commercial insurability required

Skills/Abilities Requirements:

• Able to operate forklifts and skid steers safely
• Able to communicate and give direction in a team environment
• Frequently move 8-10 hours per day; must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist and lift up to 60 pounds
