Job summary

The Brand Amp is seeking a Producer to oversee production from pre-production through wrap, ensuring every detail is buttoned up and on schedule. You will coordinate calendars, talent, vendors, locations, and budgets to deliver high-quality campaigns for national brands.

This full-time, hybrid role requires strong organizational and communication skills, calm under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment while owning outcomes and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pre-production process, including calendars, schedules, call sheets, and production booklets.
• Lead talent sourcing and management, including negotiations, approvals, contracts, and payments.
• Manage locations and production logistics, including sourcing, permits, vendors, equipment, transportation, and catering.
• Serve as the primary production point person, coordinating internal teams, clients, talent, crew, and partners.
• Own the master production budget and ensure financial and contractual requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead, Director, Cinematographer/Editor to translate creative needs into production plans.
• Lead on-set production management and maintain organized production records.
