Job summary

Wyld in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Production Lead to ensure the highest quality and consistency in our cannabis edibles and beverages, coordinating daily workflow and training team members.

You will open and/or close shifts, adapt to a flexible schedule, and collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to keep production on track while upholding Wyld's core values.

• Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Production Lead

Production Lead produces the highest quality and consistent products in the industry by performing all duties meticulously and assisting with the daily workflow. This role supports the production team members when a Supervisor is not present. They are also responsible for training and coaching production team members in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. This role opens and/or closes shifts and must be able to work a flexible schedule.
