• Support packaging team members when a Supervisor is not present.
• Train and coach packaging team members in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers.
• Open and/or close shifts and work a flexible schedule.

Summary

The Packaging Lead packages and prepares all packaging products for distribution by performing all duties meticulously and assisting with the daily workflow. The Packaging Lead supports packaging team members when a Supervisor is not present. They are also responsible for training and coaching packaging team members in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. This role opens and/or closes shifts and must be able to work a flexible schedule.
