Job summary

Kruger Family Industries is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate daily activities of production workers and support the Supervisor in meeting productivity targets. This role requires inspecting products for conformance, directing machine setups and adjustments, and enforcing safety policies on the floor.

Candidate will monitor training effectiveness, suggest process improvements, and help maintain production records. A high school diploma and 3+ years in plastics manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of three years related experience or training in plastics industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of production workers and assist the supervisor.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications; direct machine setup and adjustments.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures across the line.
• Monitor training participation and identify additional needs.
