Responsibilities

• Builds and performs in-process testing of forklift battery chargers, related cable assemblies and accessory products; performs equipment set-up, operation, adjustments and minor preventative maintenance to meet safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Identifies problems during assembly and testing and applies troubleshooting or potential solutions using technical knowledge.
• Inspects in-process and finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
• Performs housekeeping, Work Place Organization (WPO) and 5S Lean methodology; maintains a clean and organized work area; performs other duties as required.
