Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a manufacturing production environment with at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply production schedules, blueprints and quality specs.
• Experience with MES/ERP systems and quality control processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, promoting skill development and morale.
