• Production Leads will work with hand tools, knives, machinery and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer.
• Leads will support the management team by understanding the full operations of the line and training production staff.
• This role is physically demanding and may require overtime depending on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production line to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist in training and development of production employees on the line.
• Coordinate with management to meet daily production goals and maintain equipment.
