What You'll Do

• Meet production quality, quantity, and safety standards on the shift
• Act as a liaison between management and plant personnel
• Assign daily work assignments to maximize shift operations and keep management abreast of disruptions or changes to output
• Work alongside employees to shear and bend rebar, operate overhead crane and load/unload trailers with shipments
• Assist in the development of employees including training, holding employees accountable and providing performance feedback to the Shift Supervisor
