You will partner with supervisors, develop schedules, monitor performance, ensure quality, and mentor team members while upholding safety standards. This role requires 2+ years in manufacturing and strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Production Lead will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of production. While Working closely with production supervisors, they provide leadership and manage work teams while monitoring manufacturing operations and procedures This key position within the production team will ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Position Requirements:

1. FORMAL EDUCATION:

• Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent

2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SAP and other related software
