Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a hands-on Production Lead to drive production, quality, and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This working-lead role supports the Production Supervisor by coordinating daily operations, troubleshooting production issues, training employees, and ensuring production goals are met.

You may provide daily direction to a team of up to 25 employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production setting.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FDA, USDA and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Production Lead

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift
Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 production facility.
