Job summary

You will coordinate daily operations and may lead a team of up to 25 employees, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities include training, troubleshooting, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA, OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Manufacturing, production, packaging, or distribution experience.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Production Lead

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 1st & 3rd Shift
Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 production facility.

Position Summary
