Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance:- Ensure that all cracker products meet established quality standards and specifications.- Implement and monitor quality control measures, conducting regular inspections of products and processes.
• Process Optimization:- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.- Work with the engineering and quality teams to address any issues related to production equipment or product quality.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:- Address production-related issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Safety Management:- Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.- Conduct safety training for team members, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Reporting:- Maintain accurate records related to production metrics, such as output volume, waste levels, and downtime.- Prepare reports for management on production performance and any operational challenges.
