Adecco US, Inc. in Miami, OK is seeking a hands-on Production Lead to oversee third-shift operations, coach a manufacturing team, and help meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.

You will coordinate daily production activities, train and mentor staff, monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and back up the Production Supervisor, all while maintaining a strong safety culture. This role offers a night shift schedule (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) with pay of $21.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits

Are you a hands‑on leader with manufacturing experience looking for an opportunity in Miami, OK? We are seeking a Production Lead to help oversee third‑shift operations, support production goals, and lead a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay: $21.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the production team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.

• Coordinate daily production activities and employee rotations.

• Train, mentor, and develop new and existing team members.

• Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate with leadership as needed.

• Provide coverage on the production floor during breaks, absences, or staffing needs.

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Assist the Production Supervisor and serve as backup when needed.

• Help maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift.

• Stand on concrete surfaces for 8-12 hours.

• Work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions.

• Perform repetitive movements as needed.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
