ATC Drivetrain is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate the performance of production personnel and processes on the shop floor. The role focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a hands-on environment.
The successful candidate will supervise 10–25 employees, ensure 5S practices, and support training, performance reviews, and production planning. Strong English reading and writing skills are required for documentation and communication.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of operations and/or lean experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and the related business processes. Intermediate to advanced PC skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to groups of employees or others outside the department. Must be able to read and understand English.
Ability to proficiently operate a PC computer, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to draft emails, work in spreadsheets, and create graphs. Ability to navigate network directories and learn to perform duties in enterprise ERP software system.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to interpret company and departmental financial data.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to read and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve problems involving several variables in various situations.
