Job summary

Bauer Built Inc. is seeking a Retread Production Lead to guide a team of Retread Technicians in our Midwest tire operation. You will oversee training, enforce quality standards, and troubleshoot equipment to keep processes running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement to support our 80+ year legacy in tire services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tire retread technicians or similar manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of retreading equipment and materials.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Retread Technicians with guidance.
• Assist training and onboarding of new technicians.
• Ensure retreading procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment/process issues.
• Perform regular quality inspections for compliance.
• Maintain strong workplace safety culture and PPE usage.
