Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in all production areas
• Provide production support during employee time off
• Develop and manage rotation schedules and downtime procedures
• Lead training initiatives for new production team members
• Serve as the primary contact for maintenance, quality, and production-related concerns

Compensation:$25+/hour, based on experience.
