Job summary

Protective Foam Solutions is seeking a Production Lead to join its team in Allentown, PA. You will be on the production floor supporting an order fulfillment environment, acting as liaison between the Shift Supervisor and line associates.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, coaching skills, and a safety-first mindset to keep the line running efficiently. You will train staff, monitor performance, and assist with production plans and inventory as needed.

What's the Job?

• Act as a liaison between the Shift Supervisor and production associates on the assembly line.
• Train, coach, and motivate production associates to support daily performance and quality.
• Track line efficiency using line paperwork and elevate issues to supervision when needed.
• Ensure the team operates in a safe and clean environment while implementing and enforcing safety guidelines.
• Support production execution by assisting the Production Manager with production plan assignments, metrics tracking, equipment/facility upkeep, and inventory organization.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct individuals and teams with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organization and work ethic.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage priorities in a changing environment.
