Job summary

AGC Automotive Americas is seeking a Production Supervisor in Alabaster, AL to lead teams, delegate tasks, monitor shift performance, and drive KPI attainment as you progress to the next level in this manufacturing environment.

You will ensure production requirements are understood, coordinate with multiple levels of the organization, manage abnormalities, and implement countermeasures for quality, safety, and efficiency while training Team Members.

Job Summary

Responsible for delegating tasks of Team Members to meet production operation KPIs. Working towards the next level.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, climb stairs, reach with arms and hands.
  • Must be able to lift and move 10 - 30 lbs. on a periodic basis.
  • Must be able to use close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus ability for examining product.
  • Must be able to travel by car or air.
