Job Title: Production Laborer I

Responsibilities: To support the rotational molding team and contribute to the efficient operation in the manufacturing, assembly, and supply of rotational-molded products of the highest quality while achieving the corporate goals of the company.

Duties:

  • Follow safe work practices and procedures, and ensure a “safety first” culture in every task undertaken.
  • Molding of plastic parts through the use of a rotational molding machine
  • Concrete and foaming of roto-molded parts
  • Applying graphics to roto-molded parts
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspections
  • Package finished goods ready for shipment
  • Assist with routine maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating improvement to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information
  • Cooperate with other staff, supervisors, and managers
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Roto Mold Team Lead or Supervisor

Minimum Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

  • Forklift License
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license
