Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Production Laborer to support general labor in a manufacturing environment. You will stack product off the line, keep equipment clean, and follow safety regulations while working with the lead operator to prepare for shift production.

Requirements include safety procedure knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, ability to work in dusty/hot/cold conditions, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50lbs (65lbs with team lifting).

Qualifications

• Must follow workplace safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Able to perform tasks in dusty, hot and/or cold conditions.
• Stand for extended periods and communicate verbally as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 65 lbs with team lifting and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stack product off the production line.
• Clean machinery and surrounding area, keep debris to a minimum.
• Use security gear at all times and follow safety regulations.
• Work with lead operator to prep for shift production and learn the machinery.
• Transport trash away from production areas.
• Other duties as needed.
