Job summary

Tribute is seeking a Laborer for its precast manufacturing operations in Illinois. The role involves assisting in producing specialized precast concrete products with a focus on safety and efficiency during a 7.5-hour shift.

The position is full-time with a benefits package and paid time off. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally more, with hands-on use of basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• Walking and standing for 7.5 hours per workday.
• Twisting, bending, pulling and pushing for 7.5 hours per day.
• Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and to lift 25 pounds above chest level.
• Ability to reach overhead and climb on occasion.
• Experience using hand tools; use of one hand at 10 pounds.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with a continuous cycle during shift.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Walking and standing are required 7.5 hours of workday
• Twisting, bending, pulling, and pushing are required 7.5 hours of workday
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
• Ability to lift 25 pounds above chest level
• Ability to reach above head
• Position may require ability to climb on occasion
• Use of hand tools required; ability to use one hand at 10 pounds
• Ability to be in a manufacturing environment which manufactures items in a continuous cycle during the 7.5 hours of a workday
