Job summary

Nature’s Path is seeking General Labor Workers to join the production team in Sussex, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, on-site role with day and rotating night shifts at $20.32/hr plus a $1.50 night premium.

As a Production Labor Worker, you will assist across the line, participate in packaging, labeling, quality checks, and sanitation. Training is provided; weekend availability is required, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and flexible to assist where needed.
• Weekend availability required. Basic math and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Help across the production line, including packaging, filling, palletizing, and handling totes.
• Check products, packaging materials, and date codes for quality standards.
• Label totes and complete basic production or quality records.
• Assist with product transfers, inventory counts, line cleanup, and sanitation.
• Follow GMPs and food safety; keep area clean; report safety/quality concerns.
