Production Laborer – First & Second Shifts

Job summary

AmeriTex Pipe & Products in Conroe, TX is seeking a general labor contributor to support daily manufacturing output. The role requires following safety rules, wearing PPE, and adhering to the daily production plan.

You will operate or assist with heavy power tools when trained, report equipment issues promptly, and help with molds, concrete work, and other department duties as assigned. First or second shifts are available, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desirable but not required.
• Ability to perform essential duties with appropriate training.
• Must be able to work first or second shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety guidelines and procedures for this role.
• Always wears the proper PPE and follows PPE guidelines.
• Does not operate equipment unless trained to operate.
• Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan.
• Uses heavy power manual tools, including a jack hammer.
• Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
• Assists with building molds for future needs of the box department.
• Assists with concrete finishing duties, such as repairing or patching concrete pipes and boxes.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Department Lead or Management.
