Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking a hands-on General Labor/Production Associate to support our poultry processing and packaging operations.

The role involves standing for long periods, operating production line equipment, and collaborating with a team to meet daily targets while upholding high safety and quality standards. The position offers an hourly base rate of $17.75 with potential pay premiums and overtime, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401(k) with company match after

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a distribution warehouse.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
• Ability to complete 202 cases an hour.
• Ability to verify labels and safety chain.
• Operates machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve production targets.
• Participates in company and department safety programs.
