Your Role

Under moderate supervision, the Production Lab Tech Lead performs tasks related to all production processes, including operating procedures, area clearance, data recording, and maintaining GMP compliance. They serve as a leader and SME, troubleshooting and supporting various production activities, including SAP, CAPA investigations, and safety protocols. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting production efficiency
• Training team members
• Contributing to KPIs
• Data entry and record keeping
• Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Supporting process improvements
• Utilizing QMS and databases
• Using safety equipment and PPE properly

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years in production/manufacturing
• OR Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems
• Understanding of GMP, FDA QSRs, ISO 13485
• Experience in FDA-regulated biotech/pharma environment
• Safe laboratory practices
• Proficiency with QMS
• Knowledge of metric systems
• Effective communication skills
