Job summary

TCC Materials, a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products, is hiring for a technical laboratory/QA role at the Rosemount plant. You will support production with QA/QC testing, develop and execute testing protocols, and help optimize mix designs and material specifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining lab equipment, preparing test reports, and ensuring certifications and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present information to operations, sales, marketing and management.
• Ability to read and interpret building codes, material specs, ASTM/ANSI standards.
• Ability to analyze test data using statistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to production at the assigned plant.
• Coordinate lab work and maintain QA/QC testing program.
• Prepare test reports and evaluate raw materials and finished products.
• Develop SOPs and provide training for lab tasks.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration; perform quality control testing.
• Communicate results to Technical Manager and other stakeholders.
