Job summary

Chartwells K-12 in Lawton, OK is hiring a full-time Supervisor, Production to set up and maintain food production and quality control in the kitchen. You will oversee daily operations, assign duties to associates, ensure proper storage and portion controls, and maintain cleanliness.

The role requires management experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm schedule at Lawton Public School. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a kitchen or food production team.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
• Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
