Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring a full-time Supervisor, Production in Lawton, OK to oversee food production and quality control in the kitchen of Lawton Public School. The role requires management experience and involves leading associates, assigning duties, and maintaining safety and presentation standards.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted only and an internal referral bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains food production and quality control.
• Assigns duties to associates under supervision for efficient kitchen operation.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of products with portion, presentation and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas and reports equipment issues.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef and disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
