Job summary

Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies in Minnesota is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage assembly operations on the 1st shift. You will own inventory flow from warehouse to assembly and back, plus print daily work orders and coordinate LHR activities.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently or with a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and drive results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Owns inventory management from warehouse to assembly staging and back.
• Prints and stages daily work orders, Lot History Records, and labels per schedules.
• Coordinates LHR activities between internal personnel.
• Provides administrative support to assembly supervisor and staff.
• Supports product packout, palletization, and transfers to warehouses.
• Develops and implements standard work to support assembly functions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Performs cycle counts and physical counts.
• Understands customer needs and core markets.
• Ensures adherence to Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
• Complies with work instructions and standard work.
• Engages with sales, marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
