Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is seeking a Production Intern to join our New York team.

This paid internship supports the production group with overseas orders, supplier coordination, sample tracking, and helping ensure products meet quality and delivery standards in apparel manufacturing. You will gain hands-on exposure to import processes, ERP data entry (POs, sample status, approvals, shipment details), color workflows, and coordinating with factories across time zones, while learning

• Pursuing or completed degree in Fashion/Apparel, Textiles, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with production tracking and order management across overseas vendors.
• Perform data entry in ERP/PLM system (POs, sample status, approvals, shipment details).
• Create and organize color cards and lab dips for color approvals.
• Log and track sample submissions from factories (fit, PP, TOPs).
• Support daily coordination, follow-ups and internal reporting.
• Prepare and assemble sample packages for internal teams, buyers, and vendors.
• Coordinate local sample drop-offs/pickups as needed.

Job Description

• Job Type: Full-time Internship
• Duration: 24 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri)
• Compensation: Paid internship (hourly; at least minimum wage, based on experience)
• Location: New York, NY (on-site)

Role Overview

As a Production Intern, you'll support the production team in managing overseas orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking samples, and helping ensure products meet quality and delivery standards. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to apparel manufacturing, import processes, and supply chain coordination.

What You'll Do

• Assist with production tracking and order management across multiple overseas vendors
• Perform data entry and updates in our ERP system (POs, sample status, approvals, shipment details, etc.)
• Create and organize bulk color cards and lab dips (L/D) for color approval workflows
• Log, organize, and track sample submissions from factories (fit samples, PP samples, TOPs, etc.)
• Support the team with daily coordination (follow-ups, status checks, internal reporting)
• Help prepare and assemble sample packages for internal teams, buyers, and vendors
• Coordinate occasional local sample drop-offs/pickups as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion/Apparel, Textiles, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong interest in activewear and apparel production/manufacturing

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Internship or coursework exposure to apparel production, sourcing, imports, or quality control
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems
• Comfort coordinating with overseas partners across time zones
