What you’ll do
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Capable of working from drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns
  • Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
  • Install unit vehicle components and accessories
  • Set up jigs and fixtures
  • Basic computer usage
  • Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with Terex quality standards through error prevention and by meeting such requirements with zero defects.
  • Follow and promote The Terex Way Values
  • Function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Perform other job functions as needed
What you’ll bring
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided
  • Physical ability to work under, on, and around truck chassis and truck bodies
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience working with hydraulics/electrical/fabrication
  • Capable of operating a variety of hand and power tools
  • Possess ability to problem-solve
  • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Previous work experience in fields such as mechanical/construction/carpentry
