Job summary

Goodwill Hawaii is looking for a Production Worker to inspect donated items, sort, price, and tag textiles and non-textiles for sale, recycling, or disposal. The role requires meeting daily production quotas with a low error rate and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will work across multiple stations, scan items for defects, and maintain clean, organized work areas. Weekend availability is required, and safety and policies are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Meet daily production quotas with a low error rate.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail during item inspection.

Responsibilities

• Removes items from bins/carts for close inspection to judge saleability.
• Scans clothing/textile items for defects and sorts by quality/pricing.
• Scans non-clothing items for defects, cleans and prices as needed.
• Hangs, tags, and prices textile and non-textile items.
• Works at different stations and stocking as production requires.
• Meets production standards: 2.5 carts/486 units per hour with <5% error.
• Completes half-rack of clothing per hour or 4 totes of non-textile items per hour.
• Follows safety protocols and company safety policies.
