Job summary

Schaller Corporation in Chesterfield (MI) is seeking experienced Hilo Drivers, Forklift Operators and Material Handlers for Afternoon Shift 2:30pm – 11:00pm. Recent Hilo experience in a manufacturing setting is required to keep machines running and workflows prioritized.

You will operate peg-style bin handling, maintain safety and attendance, and enjoy benefits after 90 days including medical, dental, life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Recent experience driving a Hilo in a manufacturing environment is a must.
• Capable of moving and stacking peg-style bins and containers.
• Ability to prioritize the work flow to keep machines running.
• Can succeed in a FAST PACED manufacturing environment.
• Must be aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated
• Have excellent attendance
• Be a self-starter with good work habits
