Job summary

Schaller Corporation in Chesterfield, MI is seeking an experienced Hilo Driver to join our manufacturing team on the Afternoon Shift 2:30pm–11:00pm. You will operate a high-lift forklift, move and stack peg-style bins, and help keep machines running by prioritizing workflow.

The ideal candidate has recent Hilo experience in a production setting, a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recent experience driving a Hilo in a manufacturing environment is a must.
• Capable of moving and stacking peg-style bins and containers.
• Ability to prioritize the work flow to keep machines running.
• Must be aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated
• Have excellent attendance
• Be a self-starter with good work habits
