Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. seeks 1st and 2nd shift help to support laser, denest, and paint areas on the shop floor. Responsibilities include taking parts from denest, grinding, counting and packaging parts, and other duties as assigned.

Overview

This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the laser/denest//paint areas of the shop floor. Seeking 1st and 2nd shift help.

• Grinding Parts
• Counting/Packaging Parts
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds, bend, twist and transport product and materials short distances
• Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team-environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in a an environment with metal and sharp objects
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
• Work in an efficient and timely manner.
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task
