Job Overview:

This position plays a key role in supporting machine operations and assisting with general maintenance and facility improvement projects. This is an on-site hourly position, and the regular weekly work schedule is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional work hours will be assigned during peak times and year-end.

This position plays a key role in supporting machine operations and assisting with general maintenance and facility improvement projects. This is an on-site hourly position, and the regular weekly work schedule is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional work hours will be assigned during peak times and year-end.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support:

• Assist in basic operations of fabrication and assembly departments.
• Perform basic organization and clean up tasks.
• Assist with required PMs one equipment as needed.
  
  

Maintenance And Facilities Support

• Support routine maintenance tasks on machines, tools, and shop equipment.
• Help with facility upkeep including minor repairs, installations, and general improvement projects.
• Organize tools, supplies, and materials for maintenance or production activities.
• Assist in installation or application of safety devices or projects throughout the facility.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical operations.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled facility.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements

The job may require standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and using repetitive hand motions.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. The employee must regularly sit, stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation

RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The hiring range for this hourly position is: $14 - $17/hr.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
