Core Duties

• Machinery & Materials: Load/unload fencing molds, operate lift carts, and prepare raw materials.

• Safety & Standards: Follow safety rules, wear PPE, inspect gear, and report hazards immediately.

• Daily Workflow: Hit production targets, keep work areas clean, and participate in shift handoffs and pre-shift meetings.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience: Manufacturing background and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but will train.

• Physical: Lift/push up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and withstand high noise, heat, and cold.
