Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Production Helper to join our manufacturing team. Primary duties: assist machine operators, provide general manufacturing support, and help maintain daily output and quality. No prior experience required; training will be provided and safety is emphasized.

You'll read orders, identify parts, count and unitize products, and ensure conformity to customer specs. You should be able to stand all shift, perform basic shop math, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform duties with or without accommodation.
• Basic math and ability to read a measuring tape.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
• Manufacturing experience is not required; training is provided.

We are seeking a Production Helpers to join a manufacturing team in Fond du Lac, WI. Primary responsibilities will be to assist the machine operators and provide general manufacturing support to ensure day-to-day output and quality. If you’re ready to learn, stay focused on safety, and take pride in doing work that keeps production moving, this role is for you.

Job Title: Production Helper

Pay Range: $22.00 +

Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shifts are available (training on 1st shift)
Must be available to work overtime

What's the Job?

• Read factory work orders, convert schedules, and other documents to understand customer requirements.
• Identify stock and products that correspond to work orders and perform assigned duties to meet production needs.
• Inspect, count, stack, and unitize products according to customer specifications; accurately identify and segregate nonconforming (reject) products and materials.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation, including being able to work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Ability to use basic shop math and accurately read a measuring tape and ruler.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ideal candidate will have prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment (manufacturing experience not required and training is provided).
