Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician Heavy Operator in New Berlin. You will load and unload box trucks, sort and count items, and operate industrial-sized washers and dryers while caring for safety and quality.

The role is on the 2nd shift with a 1:30pm–9:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays. The position is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 50 lbs and teamwork to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical requirements: push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Good attitude, team player, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.

ITU AbsorbTech is hiringa Production Technician Heavy Operator to join our team in New Berlin.

In this role, you will:

• Load and unload box trucks
• Sort, fold, separate and count received items
• Load, unload, and operate industrial-sized washers and driers

* This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.

Pay:$19.48 an hour + $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.

2nd Shift Hours: 1:30pm to 9:30pm, Monday-Friday. No weekends, no holidays.

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for an 8-hour shift)
