PRODUCTION GROUP LEAD - 2nd & 3rd shift - Danbury CT

We are accepting applications for a 2nd and 3rd shift Production Group Lead for a manufacturing client in the Danbury CT area. This is a fantastic time to join a successful fast paced industrial manufacturing company, offering a growth and change!

This is a F/T direct hire placement for:

2nd Shift 3:30pm – 12am, Monday – Friday and 3rd Shift, 10:30pm Sunday night through 7am Friday morning. Salary is in the range of $65 -$75K + Bonus and shift differential.

• The Production Group Lead will organize and orchestrate production assembler activities to promote the highest quality standards and achieve On-Time Delivery (capacity planning)
• Monitor production schedules and communicate potential interruptions to appropriate departments and personnel,
• Reduce costs through efficiencies, various continuous improvement processes, and responsible use of resources, and assist in planning, implementing, and controlling department budgets in cooperation with MTS Manager

What qualifications do you need?

• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience with a background in manufacturing/Productions/Operations
• ERP experience
