Job summary

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Full Stack Developer to advance the company's AI and internal application strategy, turning proof-of-concept solutions into secure, scalable, production-ready systems. You will partner with IT stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled tools, APIs, and integrations across enterprise data sources and Microsoft 365.

You will own internal tools, build front-end interfaces, optimize data access, and ensure governance, security, and reliable production

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full stack development supporting enterprise apps and internal tools.
• Strong Python production-level experience with AI/ML-adjacent libraries.
• Experience designing, developing, integrating REST APIs and back-end services.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, release management and CI/CD.
• Familiar with SharePoint Online and Power Platform tooling.
• Frontend fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript; React/Angular/TypeScript are a plus.
• Experience supporting production operations and maintenance.
• Excellent requirements gathering, collaboration, and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Own internal AI-enabled tools and interfaces from concept to production.
• Build web applications, APIs, and integrations with AI assistance.
• Design front-end interfaces based on business needs and usability.
• Collaborate with SQL Server, data engineering, and analytics teams.
• Maintain source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment procedures.
• Monitor and support applications in production, troubleshooting issues.
• Document architecture, code, and support procedures; cross-train teams.
• Follow security and governance standards for production delivery.
