Job description

The Full Stack Developer advances Dental Care Alliance’s AI and internal application strategy by transforming proof-of-concept solutions into secure, scalable, and production-ready systems. Partnering closely with the Senior Data Architect and IT stakeholders, this role designs, develops, and maintains AI-enabled tools, APIs, integrations, and internal interfaces—ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, technology standards, and governance requirements throughout the development lifecycle. The position also supports production stability and drives knowledge transfer to sustain long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of internal tools and applications built with AI assistance—such as Python-based agents, SharePoint-based solutions, internal web applications, APIs, and system integrations—serving as the second set of eyes needed to harden them and prepare them for production.
