Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a General Laborer to support operators across multiple machine centers. The role involves operating a range of equipment, following shop cards for accurate counts, and aiding setup and cleaning of machinery.

Candidates must lift up to 45 pounds, endure 8–12 hour shifts in temperatures above 90°F, and remain alert and safe throughout production. Opportunities for progression exist within a dynamic packaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work 8-12 hours in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb and reach.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators at various machine centers during the shift and cover for colleagues when needed.
• Operate machines such as flexographic press, die-cutters, slitters, folder-gluers, corrugator.
• Follow customer specifications on the shop card to ensure accurate counts on work in process.
• Set up and clean equipment; complete thorough quality checks and timely paperwork.
• Contribute to safety and efficiency in daily production.
